“ Italy was our server, friendly smile, coffee was good, water glasses are HUGE! I came for a breakfast with my daughter based only on the reviews and we HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK!! This has the feel of a 70’s 80’s cafe/diner. The food was so delicious. My daughter (12yrs old) got the chicken and waffle special and the things she said about it was the waffle was nice and crispy and held up to the chicken and warm maple syrup. She said the chicken was not over salted and you could still taste the chicken and waffle and syrup without being too salty. I got the meat skillet which comes with three meats and hash browns and two eggs any way on top. I asked for a change (added diced onion, peppers, jalapenos) which was met with, “sure no problem”. When my skillet came out I was so pleased it was NOT smothered in cheese or gravy. The over medium eggs were perfect and drenched the skillet in yummieness! You could taste each ingredient! The hash browns were crisp, the meat was flavorful, and the peppers and onion were cooked not raw! This, to me is a hidden gem!! Love this place!! ”
